Your needs for home health or residential care can be met by one single phone call to
CareNet. Our local network providers care for the patients while CareNet Health System takes care
of the referral and reimbursement process. Currently, CareNet services clients throughout Northern
and Southern California areas. We will soon be expanding nationally.
CareNet assures quality through its formal credentialing process, ongoing on-site
evaluation of providers and through its customer satisfaction survey process. Our
providers are state licensed, Medicare certified, or Joint Commission
accredited with the exception of non-licensed agencies which only provide
non-medical-directed homecare and homemaker services.
We strive to promote health, prevent illness, enhance independence and educate clients
while meeting the growing needs of the overall community. CareNet and our network providers
are committed to giving high quality health care. The patient’s health, comfort and peace
